Prenatal: Nurture, your body and stay strong for two

The 1:1 session offers the most obvious benefit of having the teacher’s undivided attention, so that the exercises are chosen and tailored to your individual needs and goals. A private session is the most effective way to start your Pilates journey preparing the body for the baby's growth and making time for yourself as well as recovering after pregnancy. I try  and support you so that you are strong and confident to care for your baby. My sessions are shown  to help reduce stress. Together we are on a journey to aid you bring balance to your new life. I like to say become 'Physically strong and mentally Calm.'

Postnatal: Rebuild, Restore, Reconnect

Your Post baby body deserves Pilates. find your strength again and revitalize your body with gentle Pilates. And my gentle approach helps you find some serenity to help you on this beautiful journey of motherhood.
